How do you take out a year Renewal Premium?

I've had the 12 month trial but my fitbit settings only allows for a monthly subscription.

A monthly sub is $14.99 I think the yearly is $80? 

How do you change to a yearly?

Not much response but I think I found it for you.

and this is message I got

"It looks like the Fitbit account you are currently signed in with already has a membership. Thanks for being a member! If you are trying to purchase a membership for another account, please sign in with that account before making a purchase."

So I think I will have to wait for my current membership to expire..
