How long does it take for the coach to send the plan?

Has anyone heard from their coach, I’ve had my Fitbit for a couple of weeks now and was told I get a coach free for a year and they told me they are making a plan for me but how long does it take?

It sounds like you signed up for the Health Coaching which means that you work one-on-one with a certified health coach to get the support, accountability, and guidance you need with Fitbit Premium Health Coaching. 

I'd like you to confirm that you have completed the 3-min personal assessment to let your coach know about your goals. If you have, please message your coach as when you should expect the plan, it shouldn't take that long.

I have signed up with a coach, got a message that a plan is coming and it
never did and now I can’t even message her back, guess I don’t need one
unless I pay
