I just bought my versa 2 in NZ and want to activate the 3 month free trial of premium, but not sure how. Help please?

@SJVV Welcome to the Community. I'll be happy to clarify your question, I'm glad to hear that you just bought a Versa 2.
Sorry for the delayed reply. In order to activate the 3 month free trial of Premium, you need to have a Versa 2 Special Edition. If you have a Versa 2 SE, please confirm you have set it up and check your Fitbit app to see if Premium features have been locked out.

Help me please!! I'M HAVING THE SAME Problem. I bought the SE versa 2. And I have no idea on how to activate the 3 month trial I already payed for!!!.
I don't even have the premium option in my apps
