Hi,
sorry if this question has been answered before but I'm not sure what to do.
I bought my sense from amazon recently and I can't figure out how to get/activate my six month premium that I was expecting with my purchase.
I've added the sense to my Fitbit account and I've subbed to premium in the past
I was advised to cancel my current subscription which I purchased through the play store for an old device, but I haven't been contacted or given any option to activate this offer.
My account still has premium features. I'm not sure how long this will last or hot to use the six month premium membership. Can somebody help me with what to do please?

I appreciate that you've contacted our Support team. Note that since your previous Premium subscription is still active, this is the reason why the offer to activate the 6 month trial hasn't displayed. After your current membership expires, within 3 days of expiration, you'll receive the offer to activate the trial that comes with your Fitbit Sense.
