How to activate the free trial that comes with the Sense replacement?

I have a premium subscription which I received with my fitbit sense. It is ending this month. On the other hand, because my fitbit broke I had to buy another one which has 6 months premium subscription free. How do I activate this new 6 months subscription without interferring with data and using my actual user account?

@Paulita Hi there. Thank you for the details mentioned. 

 

In this case, the current Premium subscription needs to be cancelled then activate the free trial that comes with your Fitbit Sense replacement. Also, I was able to see that you've been in touch with our Support team.

Hi.

I am trying to activate the trial premium subscription that comes with my NEW fitbit sense but a message comes that says that I have already used one free trial. How do I activate the new one?

@Paulita Thank you for getting back. 

 

Only one subscription can be activated at a time, if the previous subscription is still active, this is the reason why it's showing that the free trial has been activated. Please cancel it and wait for it to expire, you'll see the offer within 3 days.

Hi Silvia. 

I have canceled the subscription from Google play subscriptions a few days ago. Is there any other action on place where I have to cancel the subscription? My fitbit app does not show me anymore premium stats but I still can't activate the new one.

How do I proceed?
