How to cancel my fitbit premium subscription

I followed all of the steps, log in through the email it sends my notifications to, and it says an account doesn;t exist even though I used that email to log into this forum.  I also went in using my phone number and it says I have an account but there is no Fitbit Premium account associated with it.  Spent 40 minutes trying every posted solution and none of them work.  How do I talk to someone and get my subscription cancelled????

Thank you so much for letting us know that you can't cancel your Fitbit Premium subscription and for all your efforts.

Where have you purchased your Fitbit subscription?

If you purchased your subscription on Google Store, you can go to "Manage your Fitbit Premium subscription" to manage or cancel your Fitbit Premium subscription. 

If you purchased your subscription on App Store, you can go to "Cancel a subscription from Apple" to cancel your subscription.

I subscribed through the Fitbit app on my android phone.  It isn't under google and it isn't under my apple ID either.
