The 6 month free trial of Premium that I received with my new fitbit Luxe is about to end. I want to cancel it. None of the advice posted works for me. I have tried through my Apple ID, though the Fitbit app and through this website and cannot find any record of the subscription. I do not want to be charged for this servie, which I have not used. Please can you tell me who to call or write to to cancel it? The website suppport send me round in circles. Yours, pulling my hair out. Previously happy Fitbit customer.....

Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help.

Thank you, the telephone number was great and the help I received was perfect. It was just a shame that it was so hard to find the number, particularly as there was no other way available to unsubscribe from a free trial. Thanks.

Whenever someone needs to get with support, there is a Help link at the bottom of each page which leads to the various ways to connect with them. I just accumulated a bunch of numbers from moderator posts over the years. Glad support took care of you.
