I just upgraded my fitbit to a sense and had been paying for fitbit premium and my subscription ends in June. My new sense comes with a 6 month free premium subscription. I can't find a way to end my current subscription and staet the free one.

Hi @diannemburgess in what way are you paying for premium?
Through PayPal? Cancel the subscription on PayPal.
Did you purchase through your I ones app store? Can ok it through the app store.
Otherwise contact support.
I've also moved the post our of hardware support and into premium support.

I have a similar issue. I bought two Fitbit senses one for me and one for my husband. I activated the 6 month trial under my email address using my paypal details. All seemed OK. I then activated it on my husbands email using my paypal again. On the app it says that the trial was activated upto Febuary but I have been charged for June and my husband has had emails saying that the next one is due in July. How can I keep the trial for my husband but get a refund and also not get charged for more months
