How to change annual auto renewal to a monthly?

I just got billed for annual payment for my Fitbit that I honestly stopped using after a month because the time was syncing appropriately. I tried reaching out to the team and asked to pay for just the month instead of the annual and I got told no.

This is a really negative experience. I have purchased 5 watches in the past for myself and family and with this situation I will not purchase again .

am sorry that you were unable to find satisfactory solution to the situation.

Remember that we are required to stick by our Terms of Service policiesIn light of this, would want to clarify that you are able to switch to a monthly subscription, but only once the current membership has ended.

Although I understand this isn't the response you were hoping for, I do hope we can still count you among our Fitbit family.
