I just got billed for annual payment for my Fitbit that I honestly stopped using after a month because the time was syncing appropriately. I tried reaching out to the team and asked to pay for just the month instead of the annual and I got told no.
This is a really negative experience. I have purchased 5 watches in the past for myself and family and with this situation I will not purchase again .

Hi @jennluna, welcome to the Fitbit Community.
I am sorry that you were unable to find a satisfactory solution to the situation.
Remember that we are required to stick by our Terms of Service policies. In light of this, I would want to clarify that you are able to switch to a monthly subscription, but only once the current membership has ended.
Although I understand this isn't the response you were hoping for, I do hope we can still count you among our Fitbit family.
