How to get rid of Premium Offer

On my iPhone Fitbit app, when I click Today, I get the Premium right pointing arrow at the bottom right corner. I should see my Account icon but it is replaced by the Premium arrow. I am not interested in the offers to join Premium. Without my Account icon, I am unable to access other features, like seeing my Friends. How do I get rid of this Premium offer and get back my Account/Profile icon?

Eventually the offer will be removed @SunsetRunner 

I've also moved your premium based question to the premium board.
