Cant get my 6 month free premium when i click it in the ordering. Looks like you already have an active Premium membership! Because you subscribed via the Fitbit app, you’ll need to make any subscription adjustments through your app settings. I cancelled my premium but i still cant get the free one...what to do?

Take into consideration that you'll receive the Premium trial once you cancel the one you have and it expires, within 1 - 3 days you'll receive the offer to activate it.
