I was given a free trial with Health Coach with the Fitbit Versa 3 I purchased and I do not want to continue it or pay for it. Does it automatically bill me? If it does, I want to cancel it but I am unsure how to do that. Please advise.

If this was purchased through Fitbit.com, our Support team can help you with the cancellation and to inform you about the renew date if there's one. If it was purchased through Apple or Google, this can be managed through your phone default store. Check out this article for more detailed steps.
