My sister said she paid for one full year in advance for premium and received a discount. So instead of paying 9.99 a month, she paid 79.99 for an entire year. But I don't see that option anywhere and I was just charged 9.99 two days ago. How can I pay for the entire year and receive a discount?

@SunsetRunner A warm welcome to the Community. Thanks for getting in touch about this.
The discount that you sister received is because she subscribed to Fitbit Premium for a year. This way she saved over 30%.
Since you subscribed to Premium monthly, that's why you were charged for $9.99 per month. In order to change this, you need to cancel it and subscribed again but this time choose the annual fee.
I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

I'm switching to annual as well so I cancelled monthly but can't find a way to subscribe to annual. Do I have to wait until Premium monthly expires and then subscribe again to be able to choose annual?
