I just purchase the Luxe Fitbit and it says it includes 6 months of premium trial. When I am in the app there is no option to make this selection. Could you please advise? Thanks

Hi @Buttercup13 , in your Fitbit app on the opening Today screen, bottom right you should see an option to click on Premium.
Click there, choose start membership and follow the instructions from there.
Note: If the Fitbit device you purchased indicates that it includes a trial to Fitbit Premium, but you are currently a Fitbit Premium member, then you must cancel your Premium subscription in order to be able to activate the trial. About 1-3 days after your canceled subscription expires, you’ll see an offer in the Fitbit app to begin the trial. For help on how to cancel your subscription if you already have one see this help article

I am having the same problem. I do not currently have a Premium membership, and should have a six month free trial with my new Luxe. I followed the above instructions but don’t have the trial option available. It allows me to subscribe for $79.99/year or $9.99/month with no info about a trial.

False alarm! It popped up about a day after activating my Luxe.
