How to use Renew Active in United Health Care to join Premium?

I can not figure out how to use my renew active through United Health Care code to join Fitbit Premium.   Can you help?   I can only find the free trial that want credit card info.

I finally called the dedicated phone number 855-894-6340 and they got me all set in less than 5 minutes.

I followed your links and got their special code but nothing works. I'm trying on my PC so maybe that's the problem, but the phone is ridiculously too small to use, but then again I can never read the FitBit watch half the time either. Technology helping us seniors to go crazy...

That Lu k takes you to a page on Fitbit that is a welcome to Medicare Advantage customers.  Is there a similar page welcoming United Healthcare Renew Active customers who are also eligible for Fitbit Premium?  These are 2 different plans with United Health Care with different benefits.

Back in the Fall I gave up trying to get any of the links to actually allow Premium but I tried using the number from the above comments to call Fitbit support.  This time with a lot of help from their support we were able to navigate our way around the United Healthcare Renew pages to finally get a code and link back to Fitbit. It took awhile but in the end I now have Premium thru my United supplemental insurance. Good luck
