How turn off "insights" Fitbit Premium

Unfortunately I purchased a yearly subscription so can't cancel it.  I just had hip replacement surgery and am sick and tired of seeing "insights" reminding me that my exercise level is down.  How can I turn this off?

@carringtondl It's nice to see you on the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned.

Sorry to hear that you're experiencing this with insights. Currently, it's not possible to turn off insights. However, we're always striving to improve our services provided. That's why we have our Feature Suggestion board, those ideas are reviewed by our team and the status will change based in Fitbit's plans.

I found this idea that you may want to vote or comment on to show your support.

I'll be around if you need further assistance.
