I appear as Premium but haven’t subscribed

I suddenly show as premium but haven’t subscribed and am not interested in Premium for the moment. Have just updated software but still appear as premium. Checked “Manage subscriptions” but it says “no subscriptions”.

If your phone default app store isn't displaying any subscriptions, you may want to check through fitbit.com as it could have been activated from there, follow these steps: 

 

  1. Go to fitbit.com/home and log in with the email address connected to your Fitbit Premium subscription.
  2. Click the account icon 
     
     
    My Subscriptions.
  3. Click a subscription to expand the details.
    • To cancel your subscription, click Cancel 
       
       Cancel Subscription 
       
       Close. Your subscription status changes to “Cancelled.”
