I cannot unsubscribe Fitbit Premium because a spinning circle is constantly showing while I log into my account. Please see the attached screenshot. Anyone could help me solve this problem?

I got a free trial as a package when I bought my watch, so I can only unsubscribe it from the webpage.
After I contacted Fitbit Support, they just helped me directly unsubscribe it from the company.

It may be possible to cancel another way, or contact fitbit
