I get charged trying to redeem the Free Premium Trial

I saw fitbit was offering a free premium trial. I press the button in the appand got charged full year premium instead. $79.99. How do I go about getting refund and canceling. I just wanted a trial.

I've seen you contacted our Support Team before posting here, and you are still waiting for a response. I suggest to keep waiting to get an answer for this team since it is the best way to get this resolved.
