I received an email that said the following; however, my credit card was again charged for a monthly subscription fee. Fitbit no longer provides support by email. Any suggestions??
Your current membership is active until the expiration date listed below which includes an additional 30 days at no charge. At that time, if you do not re-activate your membership in the Fitbit mobile app, you will no longer have access to Premium features and will automatically be switched to our basic service.
You will receive a follow-up email at that time with additional information on how to re-activate.

I have the same issue, and just got charged tonight for a month's subscription fee. Did you get it sorted with FitBit ?
