On my bank statement I was charged for something I didn't order and don't know what it is. The charge was $12.49. I don't want whatever this is.

The Web API doesn't do billing. Maybe it's a subscription to Fitbit Premium. You should be able to get appropriate help from the appropriate forum section (see list here).

Hi @tjthebandit
I have moved your post to the Fitbit Premium forum. If you don't hear from someone soon, I recommend contacting the Fitbit customer service team at https://help.fitbit.com/support. Someone there should be able to assist you.

Welcome to the community forums, @tjthebandit. @Gondwana and @Gordon-C Thanks for the help!
@tjthebandit Thanks for bringing this to our attention, and I'm sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. This seems odd as according to the Premium website, the monthly subscription costs $9.99 in the United States, and $12.99 in Canada.
To work on this together, I contacted our Support team on your behalf and I noticed that you already have a case created with them. I'm glad you're receiving assistance, and don't hesitate to reply back if you have any other questions.
