I have Premium but stress breakdown won't show

Hi, 

 

All my premium features seem to be working accept the stress management score breakdown.

Not sure how to unlock this information??

Fitbit is not showing my stress management score details on my fitbit dashboard. .

@CharlettePomme @JoJoSewell Is this a brand new watch? I remember it took several days of data gathering for fitbit to show my score. Aka to baseline it.

Hey,

It's about 1 month old now. I have the basic score and then it said the
breakdown is supplied with fitbit premium... which I have. I'm confused why
it doesn't show??

Yes it is new but have been using it for over a week now.

I'm having the same issue! Sounds like it's an issue on Fitbit's side hopefully they fix it soon!

Same problem. I've worn my Inspire 2 for over a month and do all those things every day. Still it says stress management breakdown us available with Premium, which I have.

Same problem here. I have had the watch since Xmas. I had premium before that. I get a score but no breakdown. Just the message: “Score breakdown included with Fitbit Premium.

@junoandkeisha Thanks for the detailed information. As you may know, all our members with a supported Fitbit device will receive a stress management score; however, you can see the breakdown only if you have a Premium subscription. I'm sorry this isn't your case and to look into this, could you verify if your subscription is still active? Are the rest of the Premium features available such as challenges, guided programs or daily readiness score? What is the model of your phone?

In the meantime, let me recommend the following steps:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Check if the Fitbit app is updated.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  5. Wear your watch for one day and make sure to sync once you're awake to check your details.

1) Fitbit Premium renewed on November 16, 2021
2) Sleep score, readiness, Health Metrics(Incl. Blood Oxygenation), and Skin Temperature all appear to be working correctly.
3) As stated, stress management shows responsiveness, exertion balance, and sleep patterns, but score breakdowns aren’t included.
4) Version 128.6.12
5) App was forced to quit and I phone rebooted.
6) Logged out of app, rebooted, logged back in, and waiting for 24 hours.
7) It has been 24 hours and now stress management has stopped showing responsiveness, exertion balance, and sleep patterns. I will give it 2 more nights to see if it starts working again.
😎 After 2nd night, stress management is back showing numbers, but still no score breakdowns.
9) iPhone XS Max - Software version - 15.3.1

Thanks for getting back with the requested information, and your efforts while trying the suggestions from my post. Before anything else, let me share that our team is aware that some of our members aren't receiving the stress score correctly, and they're working to get this fixed. I understand this isn't your case; however, since the issue is also with the Stress Management tile, the breakdown section seems to also be affected.

 

I'm sorry for this inconvenience and my best advice is to keep an eye on this thread which will be updated as soon as we receive more details from our team. Your patience is appreciated, and please know your feedback won't be taken for granted.
