I just renewed Fitbit Premium but don't have access yet

I have just renewed my Fitbit premium and it is not showing that it’s renewed and I can’t access any of the premium features.

@Josephinewakeha Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the details mentioned. 

 

I'd like you to make sure you're logged into the same account that was used to purchase your Fitbit Premium. If you're but the access is still locked, restore your purchase by doing the following: 

 

  1. In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab 
     
     
     
     your profile picture.
  2. Scroll down and tap Restore Purchases 
     
     OK.
