I already pay for Fitbit Coach but Premium features are still locked.

Q: Will current Coach users be required to pay more for access to Premium?
A: No. Current Fitbit Coach subscribers will automatically get access to Fitbit Premium features as soon as Premium is available in their country or language. Their subscription price will remain the same as it is today, and for as long as they choose to keep their subscription active

I am located in the UK.
My language is English.
Same email address used for Fitbit and Fitbit Coach.
My Fitbit Coach sessions feed in to the Fitbit app so proves they are already linked.
Therefore why am I not getting Premium features unlocked? This is happening on both Android and iOS.

It's great to see you on the Community @davold. Thanks for the details mentioned and the research done prior posting.
Thanks for your assistance @JohnnyRow.
Since, you mentioned that you're in UK, Fitbit Premium should be available to you. You should have access to Guided Programs, Personalized Insights, Advanced Sleep Features and Dynamic Workouts.
Please log out from the app and force quit it and log back in to check if you have the options available. If you don't please provide me with a screenshot of Premium features locked.
Keep me posted!

Force stop doesn't actually work, the app remains open. I have restarted my phone also.
Please note I have the same issue on iPad Pro running iOS 12.4.1
Your Premium feature is clearly broken. Roll it back, fix it, then make all the features free as we pay enough for the devices and Fitbit Coach. This Premium approach with this many problems will destroy your brand and company.

So now the programs are showing as unlocked however once you click into them they still only give the option to "Try Premium".
This is getting tedious. Please fix your mess.

Exactly the same with me. I'm in the UK, Coach member, etc.

Same issue here. I live in Czech Republic, the app language is english and I have fitbit coach premium, but the guided programs are locked.

Thank you for the screenshots shared @davold. Sorry for the delayed reply. I've shared your post with our Support team and they will continue assisting you giving you access to these features.
It's great to see you around @StonkerFit. Can you provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing in your Guided Programs?
Thanks for stopping by @SunsetRunner. Fitbit Premium is currently available in English only. If you purchased Fitbit Coach in a country where Fitbit Premium isn’t available, you’ll continue to have access to Fitbit Coach features. Fitbit Premium is available in certain countries with more regions coming soon.
I'll be around if you need further assistance.

Some screenshots, as requested, above. To reiterate: I am a Coach Premium member and live in the UK. Fitbit info is not borne out by Fitbit user experience....

I am a Coach member and it looks like they unlocked premium for me, but i literally see nothing new. Premium doesn't have anything in it that I would pay money for. This is a total scheme for Fitbit to make money off of us.

My various Premium features are now unlocked too! Hooray! But: I notice my previously linked Whitings scale data (not Aria) is now absent....

Did you do anything special to get your premium features?
I have a coach subscription too, but no premium features activated.... Don't know what to do, the support seem a bit clueless to help.

Did nothing new at all; I had already updated Android Fitbit app to 3.6.1 and am still on Versa 1 firmware 32.33.1.30, the new firmware I have read about not being offered to me yet. Regular syncing, phone restarting and yesterday morning all my options are unlocked. I wish you luck! Cheers.

Hey everyone! Sorry for the delayed reply.
Hey @SunsetRunner. Sorry for the delayed reply.
If you purchased Fitbit Coach in a country where Fitbit Premium isn’t available, you’ll continue to have access to Fitbit Coach features. Fitbit Premium is available in certain countries with more regions coming soon. At this moment, Fitbit Coach isn't available in Czech Republic, if you have the option to try the Fitbit Premium, it might be that your Fitbit app's location might be set to a country where Premium is available.
Hey @StonkerFit. Thanks for the screenshot attached. I'm glad to hear you're now seeing Premium features on your account.
It's great to see you around @efit01. Thanks for your feedback, your comments and feedback help us to continue improving. You can learn more about it by checking this article: What should I know about Fitbit Premium?
Hey @TheOGKirikou. If you're a Fitbit Coach user already and you're in a country where Premium is already available, you should have it. Please double check that your Fitbit app's location is properly set, Fitbit Premium is currently available in English, with more languages and regions coming soon.
Thanks for letting me know that you've tried.
