I already pay for Fitbit Coach but Premium features are still locked.

Post from Fitbit admin from https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Fitbit-Premium-Coach/Fitbit-Premium-Guide/m-p/3748463
Q: Will current Coach users be required to pay more for access to Premium?
A: No. Current Fitbit Coach subscribers will automatically get access to Fitbit Premium features as soon as Premium is available in their country or language. Their subscription price will remain the same as it is today, and for as long as they choose to keep their subscription active

I am located in the UK.
My language is English.
Same email address used for Fitbit and Fitbit Coach.
My Fitbit Coach sessions feed in to the Fitbit app so proves they are already linked.
Therefore why am I not getting Premium features unlocked? This is happening on both Android and iOS.

@SilviaFitbit Everything is all set to English and Canada. Still no premium.... Anything else I can do? I sent email to support and they seem clueless about what to do...
