I'm a Premium user but unable to do Challenges

I pay for premium every month for my fit bit app. The app wont let me do any of the premium challenges, plus the app changes my weight after i have put it in.

In order to provide you with the appropriate troubleshooting, please let me know if you're receiving any error message when trying to start a Premium challenge or if the app is crashing. Is it happening with all Premium challenges?

 

Regarding your weight changing after you put it in, let me know if it started happening and the phone model and OS installed.
