I trialled premium about 2 1/2 years ago. Quite a lot has happened on Fitbit with upgrade since then. I just saw a notice advising if I would like a 3-month free subscription and I went to go into it and it says has decided that I'm not eligible because I tried a subscription that was only 30 days a couple of years ago. Has anyone else had an opportunity to try a free subscription again or am I locked out of that option for ever because I tried it previously. I want to trial it because there are more features now it will be different if I was trialling it at the same point as last time

It's odd what you're experiencing. As you mentioned, the previous Premium service that we had before was different from the one that's available now. I'd like you to confirm that you're following this procedure to activate the Premium trial for the first time in this new service:
