I've cancelled my premium subscription (ended July 8), and checked that I've not been charged for the next month. So far, everything is fine.
But my android app still says "Premium" and has exactly the same functions as it did during my Premium membership. Do I have to reinstall the app to revert to the non-premium look and features, or will it happen automatically?

@Aronia Hi there. Thanks for the details mentioned.
I appreciate that you checked that your subscription was cancelled. I've noticed that some users have experienced the same, you may want to try the following:
- Log out from the Fitbit app
- Clear the app cache
- Restart your phone
- Log back in
Hope this helps.

Hi Silvia,
Thanks for the suggestion.
I followed your instructions precisely, but it unfortunately it made no difference! 😞
Any other ideas?

Hi Silvia,
An hour or so ago, the tiles suddenly had reverted to non-premium contents. It still said Fitbit Premium at the top of the screen, so I followed your instructions again, which took care of that too. So, my problem is entirely solved now. Thanks! 🙂
