I want to cancel my Premium Subscription but it won't work

Hi!

I'm finding it impossible to cancel my premium subscription. I ordered it via the Fitbit.com platform and I've seen the instructions on how to cancel the subscription online. However, my account page won't load, the page has been buffering for me fot about 20 min now. I would really like to talk to a sales rep to figure this out.
