We got a charge on Paypal for $11.01 for Premium membership. We did not get a notice the charge was going to happen. I found out about it because it showed up on Paypal.
I call FitBit support. absolutely no help. Apparently, there is no one at Fitbit who deals with charges that shouldn't have happened. They punt it. Why is this ok?
Geez - I have bought three Fitbit Senses (one for my sister, one for my husband, one for me). It will be the last time we purchase anything from FitBit.

Take into consideration that Fitbit Premium subscriptions are non-refundable. However, in some cases users contact Apple or Play store and they provide refunds.
