I was charged for Fitbit Premium and didn't get a notice about it

We got a charge on Paypal for $11.01 for Premium membership.  We did not get a notice the charge was going to happen.  I found out about it because it showed up on Paypal. 

 

I call FitBit support.  absolutely no help. Apparently, there is no one at Fitbit who deals with charges that shouldn't have happened.  They punt it. Why is this ok? 

 

Geez - I have bought three Fitbit Senses (one for my sister, one for my husband, one for me).  It will be the last time we purchase anything from FitBit.

I see where your disappointment is coming from. Your feedback and comments are appreciated, we're always striving to improve our services offered. Take into consideration that Fitbit Premium subscriptions are non-refundable. However, in some cases users contact Apple or Play store and they provide refunds.
