I was charged for Fitbit Premium when I never bought it

Yes, I did have fitbit versa and I did try the premium and canceled it. After the versa quit working in less than a year I received a replacement that fell apart in less than a year. I still had confidence in your products, why I don't know.  So I purchased the fitbit sense I DECLINED the free premium trial because I already knew it wouldn't work for me.  I later saw it said I had it so I canceled it again. I have had the fitbit sense watch for 6 months now and all I can say is it is also a piece of garbage, worse than the versa. That is $200.00 down the toilet.  It stays on the charger more than it does on my wrist. I wasn't going to even mention that but since all is out there i'm letting it fly.  Anyway, I never did authorize the fitbit premium when I purchased the sense watch and now you are charging me and taking my money in Dec. and Jan 2023 for something I declined to begin with then canceled because it said I had it anyway. Then have to cancel a THIRD TIME. and you say no refund. It should have never been activated to begin with. Yes I do feel I should at least get my $19.98 for the premium I never asked for, never activated or wanted to begin with.  I have a lot of heart but also a lot of wrath that hurts my heart when I am being cheated and taken advantage of.  My fault and stupidity for wanting to believe and have loyalty and confidence in your products and service.  It says it is finally canceled I DO HOPE SO. I will be checking in with my paypal to make sure you are not taking out any more unauthorized pmts.
 If you can please send me the notice that I asked for and signed up for the premium when I bought the sense watch back in June. I would like to see it.
