currently got premium & using charge 3. Unfortunately charge is not working so ordered a versa & noticed you get 3 months free. What do l do? Is it automatic or do l suspend payment?

Hi, @Sarah-m-22 , the 3 month offer is to allow new users to try out the Premium service, and is therefore open to new users only. Unfortunately as a current Premium user you won’t be able to take advantage of the offer.
