My Inspire HR won't synch with any of my devices and I can't get any Premium services such as sleep stats, heartrate etc etc. I've reset my device (which invariably means I lose all the data), and I still can't connect. I've tried turning bluetooth and wifi off on my fitbit and all other devices to no avail. It's a pretty rubbish service, let alone a Premium one that I have to pay for. Please advise how to get things working again.

I appreciate the troubleshooting tried prior to posting. Since you already have a post in the Inspire board, please continue updating your situation there, this will avoid any confusion.
Regarding your inquiry about Premium sleep information not showing in your Fitbit app, this is due to your tracker not syncing data as soon as it starts syncing you should be able to see it. In the meantime, you could take advantage of the Mindfulness, Premium workouts or Fitbit Coach programs too.
