I started this program and it’s showing on my home screen and says “in progress”, but I cannot open the program. Just goes back to my home screen every time I try to open it

Hi there, I'm having a similar issue with my Intro to healthy habits not working. I'm running Fitbit version 3.4.2 on my Samsung Galaxy S6, Version 6.0.1. When I click into the tab on my dashboard or try to access the program through the discovery tab I'm getting the following error message, "Sorry, but your Fitbit app is not compatible with this program. Please update your app and try again." The program was running before I updated. 3.4.2 is the latest version of Fitbit. I have tried everything from logging out to uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Why is this happening?

I’m in the Intro to Healthy Habits just fine, but even after restarting and syncing several times, the program doesn’t register my sleep. My sleep is showing up on my main Today screen, but the program thinks I didn’t meet my goal. What gives? Thanks.

@Stefanie_C It's nice to see you on the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned.
In this case, I've shared your post with our Support team and they've mentioned you already have a case with them, please continue the communication through email.
@CodyE Welcome to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned. It's pretty weird that your sleep data isn't registering in your program. I would like you to log out from your app and force quit and check if you get it registered after this. Please keep in mind that your sleep data will register only if it was tracked using your Fitbit.
I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

When I said I’d restarted, I should have said I force quit the app. I’ve even tried restarting my whole phone. I’m wearing my FitBit Charge 3 to bed. My sleep is recorded on the Today screen From my device, but it has still not registered in my program. “Hmmm, you missed yesterday’s goal” is still there.

I’m having the same problem as @CodyE. What’s super weird is that my sleep IS registering on the normal sleep section. It’s pretty frustrating to have the Intro to Healthy Habits app tell me every single day that I haven’t reached my goals (plural—I don’t know why it says plural) when I’ve recorded my food, reached my step goal, and recorded and reached my sleep goal.

Yeah, same here. Interestingly, it's not consistent across days for me. Day 1's sleep goal registers as one would expect. Day 2's does not register, no matter what. Due to illness, I have even been able to compare results for nighttime sleep only versus taking (registered by the device) naps during the day. It matters not one whit. I've cancelled and restarted the program three times, and gotten the same result every time, so I'm really pretty sure that this discrepancy is consistent.
There is no way whatsoever to complete the day 2 sleep goal.
Edit: Charge 3, if it matters.

Hi there! Same with my beginner running program.
Problem is I force stopped, uninstalled and reinstalled again. Still the same issue. I hope they fix it soon 😞

Fitbit 3.14
beginner running stopped working. Same issues as the other users have stated. Force closed app, restarted phone, restarted versa 2. Program crashes upon opening and returns me to my today screen

I am experiencing the same issue myself. I've uninstalled and installed the Fitbit app twice. I'm using Android version 8.0 on my Samsung Galaxy S7. The beginner running program worked for a day or two and now I can't open it. It says there's a problem connecting with the server but when I click on the other guided programs, they work just fine. At other times, the beginner running program will open but I can't refresh or quit it. Although it does say it's In Progress.

I have a Samsung/ Android app. My notification says to update my app but my app is up to date.

I am also having this problem. I am on iPhone X. All videos from guided programs lead me to the home page of the coach app so I’m not able to complete the program. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting listed in this thread (I.e., force quitting app, reinstalling, etc.)

I'm also having this problem with beginner running, on Google pixel 2 XL. Can't quit or open the program

I have run into the same problem with the Beginner Running guided program and it seems the problem is on their server as well. I have already:
1) Force quit both Fitbit and Fitbit Coach apps and restarted the phone.
2) Deleted and reinstalled the app (restarting the phone in between).
3) Gone into the guided programs page, into the Beginner Running guide and touched "Open" from there.
4) Downloaded the app to my iPad and another iPhone and tried opening the guided program there.
Regardless, when I attempt to open the program, the screen "blinks" and I am back at the home screen.
Just now I opened the notification for today's exercise and it sent me to the app, but the screen was blank.
This started after I had to repeat week 2, not sure it matters. And it happens on two different iPhones and an iPad, running the latest OS.

I'm on a Samsung S10 and every time I try to start this program I just get the same message over and over again, "We are having trouble connecting to our servers. Please try again." I eventually managed to enrol yesterday but didn't get past the first screen before I got the same error message again. I've uninstall and reinstalled the fitbit app on my phone but it hasn't made any difference. I don't know what else I can try. I haven't had any other sync issues or trouble with any of the other courses I've tried, just this one. Please help!
