Intro to healthy habits showing previous days sleep

I have the same issue. I'm on day 2 and it's showing yesterday's steps and the previous night's sleep (so today is Saturday but my steps for today are my total for Friday and my sleep is from Thursday - Friday). So basically whatever I do today won't count until tomorrow.

I suspect this thread is discussing the same issue.

So if a mod sees this thread perhaps add it to the same ticket?

It's really disappointing that people have gone to the trouble of showing detailed screenshots here demonstrating the issue and haven't received a response from support. This seems like an easy bug to fix. Also disappointing that this is a premium feature that's had an outstanding bug that was reported months ago and has yet to be resolved.

@Cazawarry A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for getting in touch about this.

I appreciate the research done prior to posting and the detailed information shared. I see where your disappointment is coming from.

I moved your post to an individual thread, to better assist you. Before proceeding with anything else, please try logging out from your Fitbit app, force quit it, clear the cache of the app if you're using Android, log back in and let me know the results.

When your tracker/watch syncs, please try refreshing your Guided Program by tapping on the three dots in the right corner then refresh.

Let me know how the troubleshooting goes. Looking forward to hearing back from you!

I closed the app and cleared the cache and it's still reporting the
previous day's results. Refreshing the program makes no difference as it's
referencing the previous day's results which won't change as the previous
day has completed. So I've just woken up and my steps on the main dashboard
are 99 for today but this program is saying my steps so far today are 4867,
which is the total for yesterday. The hours of sleep are also still for the
previous night.

This isn't an issue at my end, this is a bug that's been reported by others
(the thread I originally posted in as well as the thread I referenced) as
well as by me and I suspect it's not working for anyone.

@Cazawarry Thank you for getting back. I appreciate the troubleshooting tried and the detailed information shared.

In this case, please attach screenshots of the data that you're getting in the program and the data you have on today's stats. Also let me know the phone model and OS installed on it, this will help me share your report with my team.

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

I've got a Oneplus 5 running OxygenOS 9.0.11.

So the first image is the screenshot of Intro to Healthy Habits at 9:21am
today. It's showing 4641 steps and 5 hours 53 minutes of sleep. These are
both from yesterday.

The next two images show my steps and sleep as of 9:22am today the steps so
far are 1109 and sleep is 5 hours 51 minutes.

The fourth and fifth images show the previous day's sleep and steps
matching today's Intro to Healthy Habits sleep and steps (4641 and 5h
53min).

Note that the program hadn't logged any meals yet. I don't like fitbit's
food logger so I use a separate app. I started logging breakfast in the
other app and as I was logging suddenly Intro to Healthy Habits claimed I'd
completed my meal logging for the day. It doesn't seem to have synched with
the meal logging app as there no calories logged so I don't know if this
was a coincidence of if it synched but hadn't refreshed the dashboard,
either way it shouldn't have completed the day. You can see this in the
final two screenshots taken at 9:29am where the program is now complete yet
no calories are logged today.

So in summary the sleep and steps are a day behind and meals for the day
seem to complete in the morning, possibly also picking up the previous
day's logging.
