Hey guys! 🙂
Is premium available in Europe and how much does it cost?
I'm interested in the detailed sleep data, so I'd like to know if it's possible to get premium in Europe.

I would like to know this as well. If premium subscriptions are not available (and I have been unable to find anything about them so far for Germany), I'm worried that advanced sleep tracking - one of the key reasons for me buying the device - won't be available once my Versa 2 ships this week either.

I'm glad that I'm not the only one who was unable to find any information about the countries im which premium is available.
I have an Ionic and I haven't specifically bought it for the advanced sleep data, but it would be nice to have it anyway.

@Syz and @monsterfurby Welcome to the Community. I'll be happy to clarify your inquiry about purchasing Fitbit Premium in Europe.
Sorry for the delayed reply. Currently, Fitbit Premium Membership is available in select regions. As soon as it becomes available in your country, you will have the option to try a Free Trial.
Regarding sleep score, all Fitbit users will continue to have access to their time asleep, sleep schedule, sleep quality details, as well as weekly hours slept compared to their sleep schedule. Additionally, all Fitbit users with a device capable of heart-rate tracking will also see their sleep stages and sleep score. You can learn more about it by checking our Fitbit Premium Guide or What should I know about Fitbit Premium?
Thanks for interest in Fitbit Premium, we hope it's available soon in your region. I'll be around if you have any additional question.

I've read about the "select regions" but I can't find a list of these select regions. Your post doesn't clarify anything at all.
In my fitbit coach app it says "go premium" and it's 39,99€/year. But is this only the coach or is this the premium version where I can see advanced sleep data?
Please @SilviaFitbit don't copy and paste the FAQ stuff that I've already found myself. I want to know if premium IS available NOW in my country (Austria).

@SilviaFitbit Thanks for the reply. I suppose it would make sense to phrase my specific question differently. Since I have by now received my Versa 2 and noticed that the sleep tracking is the same as for my Charge 2, I assume that features like sleeping heart rate and the usage of SpO2 for the sleep score will be rolled out alongside or at least dependent on Premium in each region. Is that correct?
Is there any information currently available as to when, roughly, to expect the launch of these features and possibly Premium in Germany?

@Syz and @monsterfurby Thanks for details mentioned.
@Syz Thanks for getting back. Currently, Fitbit Premium isn't available for your country, the price that you're seeing is for Fitbit Coach.
@monsterfurby Hey there, thanks for getting back. Congratulations on receiving your new Versa 2. Your Fitbit Versa 2 and Charge 2 will show the same sleep information, if you buy Fitbit Premium it will show you personalized insights based on your sleep data, activity, habits and progress throughout programs. Fitbit Premium is expanding to additional languages in 2020.
Regarding the SpO2 sensor, I don't have updated information about when this will be implemented, keep an eye on the Fitbit Blog.
I'll be around if you have any additional question!

So where can we find out if premium is available in our region? I see you said we will be notified when it becomes available so how do we know if it is available now? I am in Spain and would like to know too. Thank you.

Sorry, but your answer isn't helpful at all. Apparently we all speak English, so there's no reason why it's not yet available in Europe.
Please just post a list of the countries in which Premium is available and a list with the planned release dates for all other regions/countries.

@thijsw Thanks for getting back. It's pretty weird that you were seeing Premium before.
In this case, I would like you to log out from the app and force quit it. After this please log back in and check if you're able to see Premium again. Could you let me know if you bought Coach or Premium?
Keep me posted.

So I was looking for Premium. Only available in English, fine. Not making it available in countries because English is not an official language, bull....
Unable to change Fitbit app language, stupid. But when I change my whole phone to English, suddenly the app changes to and a Premium button shows up.

@Mattie725 Hey there. Sorry for the delayed reply.
I'm glad to hear that Fitbit Premium is available in your app. In order to change the language of the Fitbit app or your Fitbit watch/tracker, you will need to change the language of your phone, learn more about it in this article.
The free trial for Fitbit Premium is for customers who haven’t previously activated a free trial for Fitbit Premium. Our thoughts are with all affected by the virus so far. We're continually looking at other ways we can support those in our community and those in need, and we’ll keep you updated as things evolve.
I'll be around if you have any additional questions. Hope you enjoy Fitbit Premium. 😀
