Hi,
I always have a quick 5-10 minute mindfulness after exercising. I like to have a bodyscan to relax me.
There was a brilliant 5 minute one which seems to be no longer available and now only a 20 minute one available. I've searched with no success.
I wondered if anyone else knows of a 5 minute (10 minute a most) mindfulness session which I've missed.
