So I signed up for the free trial of premium and besides being deeply underwhelmed and annoyed that Fitbit is tracking and storing data regardless of having a subscription and then having to pay to unlock all of the features the Versa 2 I bought has (I think that should really be illegal) I find that the "break down" of the data particularly for sleep is less useful that what you get with no subscription. I have all ready canceled the subscription so it wont renew in mid September, but I was wondering if there was a way to actually end the trial early so I can just go back to using the free version. I really dont want to have to deal with this for another 2 months.... 😡

@BernyBernman A warm welcome to the Community!
Thanks for getting in touch about this. Sorry to hear that you didn't like the Premium sleep content.
I appreciate that you mentioned you already cancelled your subscription. It's not possible to cancel the Premium view on your Fitbit app, it will be cancelled once your 90-day trial ends.
Please check below the difference between free and Fitbit Premium sleep information:
Premium subscription | Free in the Fitbit app | |
---|---|---|
Sleep schedule | ✓ | ✓ |
Quality: Deep & REM sleep stages Analysis of sleep stages |
✓ ✓ |
✓ ✓ |
Duration: Time asleep and awake Analysis of sleep duration |
✓ ✓ |
✓ |
Restoration: Sleeping heart rate & restlessness Analysis of sleeping heart rate & restlessness |
✓ ✓ |
While you have Fitbit Premium, you could take advantages of Guided Programs and Fitbit Coach exercises.
I'll be around if you have any additional questions!
