My Fitbit versa broke on 21st October and I made a warrantee claim and got a new one on 8th December. This was a week into my three months Fitbit premium trial and I was missing it for about 7 weeks. As my trial is coming to an end in a weeks time, I didn’t know whether it would be possible to extend the trial by the 7 weeks, or whether this is something that just doesn’t happen
