Hi all,
Due to an injury I haven't worried about wearing my Fitbit for quite some months. Now that I am getting back into the swing of things I have just started to wear it and this morning I have noticed that the sleeping heart rate has disappeared and is only available with a subscription service.
I've done some reading and I'd like to check with other users as to when approximately this happened.
I have had my Fitbit since Dec 2018 and up until May this year the sleep heart rate was working. I have never signed up to a trial premium plan and it was never advised that this feature would be moving to a premium plan, so what gives?
I'm located in NSW Australia and am considering taking this to NSW Fair Trading. In the past I have had success against Paypal who are a great deal larger than Fitbit and I feel confident that with the right info it may help to get the feature reinstated or at least help people to get a refund on their watch.
These sneaky antics by companies pushing people to a paid subscription service really annoys me.
Any thoughts from other users?

@cv05 Welcome to the Fitbit Community.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and comments, we're always striving to improve our services offered. I see where your disappointment is coming from.
The analysis of sleeping heart rate & restlessness has been a Premium feature, since it was introduced. If you'd like that Premium features could be free in the future, vote for this idea, they are reviewed by our team and the status will change depending on Fitbit plans.
Hope this helps.
