I have spending impulse issues on phone games. Unfortunately, I do kinda need fitbit premium due to heart health and sleep problems. Is there a way to pay for fitbit Premium without using my google play account so that I can turn off my google play account? Is it possible to Log into MY Fitbit on my Dad's Phone and use HIS google Play account? I'm pretty desperate for less spending but again, impulse issues.

Thanks for providing this information. I'm glad you've enjoyed Premium so far! Regarding your concern, Premium can currently only be purchased from your phone's app store. I understand this may be inconvenient, and I apologize for any frustration it may cause.
