Just been charged for a yearly Premium subscription

I’ve woken up to find £70 has been taken from my account that I didn’t sign up for?? I used the free trial for premium back in February and then cancelled it? Can anyone help??

It's odd what you experienced. Visit this help article for information on how to manage your subscription, you'll be able to see when it was purchased. 

 

Fitbit doesn't provide refunds for subscriptions. However, you can always contact Apple or Google store, sometimes they offer them.
