I bought a new phone and when transferred data to new phone Fitbit didn't transfer. I contacted Fitbit via phone, chatbot and a previous message here. All were to no avail. Instead of Fitbit cancelling the current subscription they just keep on charging me every month. I'm going to have to cancel my debit card to keep them from stealing from me every month. I would NEVER recommend Fitbit to anyone and I certainly will never recommend premium service because you can NOT unsubscribe from it!!
