I have a Fitbit Versa and FitbitCoach on my iPhone
I have looked everywhere to find a solution to this. All the "solutions" posted are not working.
I need to be able to listen to music from Spotify/apple music while running. Tried doing the "only coaching" option, but it does not work.
I want to be able to listen to the coaching and then go back to my music once the coach stops talking.
Running without my music is getting really hard.
Thanks.

@RKan A warm welcome to the Community. Thanks for letting me know that you're using a Versa with Fitbit Coach.
I appreciate the research done prior to posting. I would like to confirm you're doing this procedure to change the music source on your running workout.
Please make sure to make the changes on Coach before and then play the music on another source.
Let me know the outcome.

Hi! Did you ever figure out how to fix this? I’m having the same issue where the music doesn’t play on a guided workout. The button to play music is there In settings but when pressed it doesn’t actually do anything. Any insight is helpful bc idk what to do at this point! Thank you!

@Anamal35 @SOsborne A warm welcome to the Community. Thanks for getting in touch about this.
I would like you to confirm you're doing this procedure to change the music source for your Coach workouts. Keep in mind that you're able to change the music only for Body Weight Workouts.
To better assist you, please let me know the Coach workout that you were doing and the phone model that you have.
Let me know the outcome. I'll be around if you have any additional questions.
