I got a new phone and I tried to login to new phone on Fitbit coach and the workouts I’d had done and the premium was gone so I logged out of the old device to see if that’d work and it didn’t so I tried to log back in on the old device and now it’s gone from there tooo and I tried to restore purchases on the restore purchase s button but that said I didn’t buy anything and i for sure did how do I recover that

A warm welcome to the Community @Itchcleyza. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried. It's pretty weird that your workouts aren't showing in your account.
I've noticed that sometimes when users are logging into their accounts, there's a typo in their email address and this creates a new account. I would like you to log out once again and confirm that you're using the same email address that you were using before.
