Luxe drops Premium Subscription

My Premium subscription just updated on Friday and this morning the app doesn’t show I have it.  When I go to sign up again it shows I have an active subscription.  How do I get the app to show the subscription again so I can access the Premium content?  I’ve had a Premium subscription all year.

I would recommend logging out from the Fitbit app, reboot your phone and log back in. Then, please check if your subscription shows up. If it doesn't, the best way to get help for this problem is to chat with us online or give us a call. Please click here to get connected.
