Mileage and Active Minutes not accurate on Bingo

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Steps are accurate but my active minutes numbers are through the roof while my mileage remains at zero. Bingo had been working perfectly until the start of this month when my numbers started being wonky.

Anyone else have this problem or know what's going on?

@ThereKittyKitty Hi there. Thanks for the details mentioned.

Take into consideration that for a limited time, it's even easier to flip an active minutes or Active zone minutes tile. Earn bonus minutes inside the challenge and use them to flip tiles. This won't change how many minutes you accumulate outside the challenge.

In order to provide you with the appropriate troubleshooting, reply to the following questions: Can you confirm that your active minutes are showing properly in your Fitbit app? Is your distance showing accurately in the app? What's the data you're getting in the Challenge and the app?

Have a nice day.

@alexlove31 Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the details mentioned.

Take into consideration that only data tracked by your Fitbit will be transferred to Challenges. May I know if you have manually logged any activity such as biking? Is it happening only in Fitbit Bingo?

Hope this helps.

Hi! Yes, I tracked my bicycle activity using the Exercise Goal (tracked my location and distance through the GPS functionality).  Once I completed the workout, stopped the timer/tracker, everything synced from my watch to my app except for my mileage.  For instance, today I walked 3.66 miles and biked 4.72 miles.  When I check my dashboard, only the walked miles of 3.66 show and not the biking miles.  I've reset my watch by plugging it in and holding down the button, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, ensured that I have the latest iOS software (14.7).  It did nothing but further erase my stats from my watch. (Now, it only shows a distance of 3.66 - again not including the 4.72 biking miles.) My biking workout was recorded as an activity, but the mileage from the bike workout did not get added to my daily stats.

Also, this inly happens in Bingo because Bingo is the only challenge that requires miles.

Thanks!
