Mindfulness music freezes

I have gone to sleep for a year listening to music in the mindfulness section of fitbit pro but last month it stopped working. It will play for 5-8 min then freezes acting like its trying to download the music. I have completely deleted the app and all contents and redownloaded, updated my iOS. Nothing works! I won’t be paying for pro in May if I can’t get this resolved. Any ideas?

@KimSlown  @SunsetRunner   I’m moving this thread to the Premium forum.  I think it’s a better fit, especially since it’s happening on both Android and iOS.
