Mindfulness sessions won't log to the Fitbit app

I've moved your post to the Fitbit Premium board to keep the forums organized. Thanks for joining this thread and I'm sorry you're having this experience. To look into this, may I know if you were asked to log your mindfulness session after completing it? Do you recall since when this started to happen? Also, what's the model of your phone?

 

If you haven't done so, please give a try to the following steps:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  3. Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  4. Tap on Discover, start a mindfulness session and once it's done, accept to log it to the Fitbit app.
