Hello,
I have been enjoying the Work Out videos especially the boot camp videos. I would love to see more strength training with dumbells included (especially for chest and shoulders). Are there more planned - they should be at least 20 to 30 minute sessions. THanks

Absolutely loving the workout videos, especially the intense boot camp sessions! I'd be thrilled to see more content focused on strength training, specifically incorporating dumbbells for chest and shoulders. Longer sessions, around 20 to 30 minutes, would be fantastic.
